CAMPAIGN SETUP AND EXECUTION

Implements, executes and delivers advertising campaigns
Monitors and optimises advertising campaigns
Collaborates with the sales team ensuring a timely launch and correct campaign implementation
Monitor ad inventory and liaise with the Sales Team to build ad inventory forecasts to help them maximise sales
Troubleshoots live campaigns and provides creative solutions to rectify any issues that are affecting campaign performance
Advises the sales team on campaign optimization, tracking and reporting on how campaigns are performing against targets
Ensures that all data is being reported correctly and that tracking is effective so there is consistency across reporting and dashboards
Build automated processes to minimise manual work in ad campaigns
Optimises the campaign set-up process
Audits and evaluates the performance of all ad unit inventory recommending changes as appropriate
Optimises ad unit viewability and performance of our ad units across all sites
Establishes objectives and metrics to track the whole Ad Ops process
Collaborates with JML team to set up and deliver programmatic PMP/PG deals
Task management for Ad Operations and Ad Product using Target process
Creates, defines, and enforces Ad Operations policies
Understand and progress all workstreams that influence the Advertising roadmap
Actively participates in product workshops
Defines our portfolio of display products
Defines the long-term strategy for advertising
Manage the P&L for programmatic advertising

ADVERTISING STRATEGY

Uses relevant data in the decision-making process
Uses analytics tools to analyse and report on Advertising performance
Uses A/B testing effectively to influence product decisions
Compiles data and research to validate opportunities
Identify opportunities in programmatic advertising to make sure we reach yearly targets
Explore and roll out new high-value products in Native advertising (Fluid ads), Audience targeting Defines the forecast for programmatic revenues
Networks with key people from the Adevinta group to share best practices
Manages and maintains programmatic partnerships
Works with design and product to create new native ad formats that are appealing to advertising customers, highly engaging to users, and best in class in the Irish market
Monthly reporting of programmatic revenues
